Version 4.1 Maintenance Release Changes
Version 4.1 is a maintenance release and includes a number of fixes and enhancements which are detailed below.
42 defect observation were raised against version 4.0, all of which have been addressed in this release
36 feature request have been implemented in this release

Notes Before Installing:
Version 4.1 relocates its settings files to ensure that they can be modified by a non administrative (see FOR-104), this means that when you install version 4.1 PA will return to the default settings, so you will have to re-enter your preferred settings.
The new default location for the settings files is: "C:\Documents and Settings\[UserID]\Application Data\qstar2k Limited\ProjectAssistant" where [userID] = the windows current user account ID.
The sample database has also been relocated and will now be installed to:"My Documents\ProjectAssistant\sample Database" folder
