New layout

The timesheet module has had a re-write offering vast improvement over version 3. No only has the layout changed, but the functionality has been significantly improved. For starters the timesheet now has a popup editor making it more constant with all the other editors. You can also assign a status and workflow position for each timesheet. This can be used to track the submission status and approval status of your weekly timesheet. In fact these fields can be configured to suit your own needs such as Invoiced, Paid or Approved etc. The choice is yours.
