Select the Projects Menu

On the projects tab we can select default values for the following fields:

Project	Here you can force PA to allows select a default project be selecting from the drop down box or you can check the “use tree view option to use the currently selected option on the tree view.
Use Treeview	When checked, the project will be selected from the currently selected project on the treeview.
Company	Select a company from the drop down
Contact	Select a Contact from the drop down

Project: You can either force PA to always use the selected project when a new item is created or use the current tree view position as shown below.

Company: Select the company to use

Contact: Select the contact to use.

When complete the project tab should look something like this:
