To Change The Header and Footer

 

Click the above button to display the Header & Footer dialogue box, The headers and footers dialogue box is similar that found in Microsoft Excel

 

To Change View Layout

 

Click the above toolbar button to open the Grid Views Print Settings dialogue box, where you can customise the displayed properties of the grid.

Click the Apply button to view your result immediately
