To Copy Specific Rows From a View

Move the cursor to the leftmost position on the view, and the cursor will change to the following symbol:

This cursor allows you to select entire rows of data, by clicking the first row and then dragging the cursor up or down to select further rows/

The image above shows three rows selected.

To copy these rows to the clipboard, simply right click any selected row and select the "Copy To Clipboard" menu option.

The data can now be pasted into any supported application.

Note:

Each record will be separated by the pipe symbol "|", to allow delimited imported into programs such as excel.

(Use Search and replace to change to any other preferred symbol)
