To Add or Remove A Column

Column adding and removing is achieved with the aid of the column chooser.

Think of the column chooser as a box which contains all the available fields for your current view. All the columns currently being displayed by the view have already been taken out of the box. You can therefore take columns from the view and put them back in the box, or you can take more columns out of the box and drop them onto the view in your preferred position. Its that simple

There are two ways to open the column chooser.

You can click the Choose toolbar button

You can select Choose Columns from a context menu displayed by right clicking any column header

Either method will open the Customisation Box

Add The Closed Filed To the View

First click on the "Closed" field in the customisation box and drag it on to the grid view header in a position where you want it to reside.

The column will show an "X" if dragged to a position where it cannot be dropped

The Closed Column has now been added to the view.

You may want to Best Fit the grid after adding and deleting any columns.

To Remove a column, just drag the column and drop it into the box and it will be removed.
